Amazing Avocado Toast!!

Whether you are looking for a healthy meal or the avocado toast recipe that will wow your friends, this is the recipe for you! Not only will this avocado toast taste like you ordered it from a restaurant, but you can make it in less than ten minutes! It's simple, delicious, and will leave you wanting more!
What you will need:
- 1 Avocado*
- Pepper
- Himalayan Sea Salt**
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil
- Vegan Bread***
Optional: Chia Seed - Gives the meal more protein
*This recipe is for 2 servings. I find that half an avocado can make two pieces of avocado toast, which for me is a meal. A full avocado makes 4 pieces of avocado toast.
**You can use regular salt, but the difference is prominent. The himalayan sea salt is what makes it really tasty.
***I use Ezekiel Bread, but you can use any vegan bread you like.
How to make it:
- First, put your bread in the toaster for the desired time.
- Mash up your avocado until it is at your desired texture (I do not like chunks in mine).
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
- Take your toast, and spread the avocado mixture on top.
- Enjoy!!!
Toppings (OPTIONAL):
I like to top my avocado toast with an assortment of different foods.
Cherry tomato and basil salad - For this all I do is cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and the basil into tiny pieces. Then I place them into a bowl and mix them with balsamic vinaigrette and lemon juice.
Chickpeas
Sliced cucumbers - This is my favorite topping because it adds a really nice crunch and a refreshing flavor.
