VERY Berry Smoothie!

Every morning when I wake up I make a smoothie. It's a delicious and healthy way to start the day! What I like about my smoothies is that they are solely made of fruit and seeds. Others put sugary juices in their smoothies, making them not as healthy. Don't go, even without processed juices, the smoothie is really refreshing and delicious!

What you need:

- 1 banana

- 3 - 4 strawberries

- 1/2 a cup of blueberries

- 3 - 4 chunks of pineapples

- 4 - 5 blackberries

- 4 - 5 rasberries

- 3 - 4 chunks of mango

- 1 teaspoon each of flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed

- Freshly squeezed orange juice

How to make it:

- Place 2 - 3 of the ingredients in the blender at a time that way each ingredient can fully blend

- Add water depending on how thick you want the smoothie

- Enjoy!
